Aptus Advisory was founded by James Boden to help investors and high-growth companies tackle leadership, culture, and workforce challenges with confidence. Drawing on senior HR roles in VC-backed scaleups and consulting experience at PwC, James brings a pragmatic, commercial lens to people strategy. Aptus partners with ambitious organisations to align talent with growth, support leadership transitions, and unlock performance at pace.

Led a process review and service diagnostic, and designed a new service delivery model that identified c.£580k in cost savings, improving efficiency and clarifying accountability.
